There are over 5000 Bohra families living in the United States, in 30 locations.

Bohras live in jamaats – or communities – across the United States, usually congregating in large metropolitan areas like Houston, Detroit and Los Angeles. For more details on our communities click here.

We worship at our local masjids – or mosques. The first Bohra masjid in the Western World was built in Farmington Hills, Detroit in 1988 by the local jamaat – or community – of Anjuman-e-Najmi. We now have X masjids across the United States.
